Clearance Service

We offer a house clearance service to help with downsizing and move outs. Once all wanted possessions have been removed, we take care of the removal of all remaining contents. We identify furniture and accessories that will come to the store on consignment. We then work with a number of non-profits to find new homes for other items. The clearance includes the services of a certified personal property appraiser, who will ensure everything of value is identified for consignment, and a moving firm.

Price of clear out will include all labor, materials and miscellaneous fees associated with any chemicals or electronics that need special attention. Call Gary or Helen for details on 719-313-9180.
